Disagree with this list. GTA4 that high on the list? It's not even the best in the series to me. Half-Life 2 being number 3 on the list almost makes me want to throw up (yes i think it's average, nothing special just very average). I never played Call of Duty 4's single player due to not really care about the storyline. I don't want to go because well i'm kind of in a crappy mood right now and everything is getting to me at this moment.
I'm not certain but didn't SEGA just acquire Platinum Games (former clover)? If so that would be a really good move for MS to do. Unfortunately my beloved SEGA has fallen off with the games they have put out and i haven't actually brought a game with the words SEGA at the beginning in ages.
Just started Act 2 not to long ago and the level of awesome turned up a few notches towards the end of act 1 then just blew my socks off at the end going into act 2. Now that i'm on act 2 i must say. THIS is How i imagined Metal Gear Solid 4 to be. Wow.
Also i have to mention that i can't wait for later this year for LittleBigPlanet and i might try Siren as well (if PSN cards are out by then) because well it looks scary as shiat.

It seems like it could cause some confusion there now that i reread it. I was saying MGS4 comparison of 720p vs 1080i is the same but Uncharted in 1080i looks a bit better than Uncharted in 720p.
I switched between 1080i and 720p on my television and both of them looks great about the same. I tried the same thing with Uncharted last night and Uncharted in 1080i looks a bit better in my opinion.
Sounds about right. 4 out of 11 of the games that i own are exclusives. I thought i had more but apparently i thought wrong.
On Mirror's Edge. I really do hope that it's minimal action in it and we get to do some first person platforming mostly.
Because they can't run around giving a Ps3 exclusive more than a "90" for it's score. Think of the headlines "1up/EGM officially unbiased". Now they can't have that now can they?
But this is only the Microsoft Game Studio games listed here. I'm sure they'll show some other multiplats and whatnot at their press conference.
Just maybe Capcom can win me over on Street Fighter 4 again. Maybe show Akuma and action and fix Chun-Li's hands along with Ken and Ryu's faces.
I'm liking the new screen shots they have less blur effects on them which i like. Now just tune it down a wee bit more with the blur and it'll look even better to me.
But the big question from me is still price, i'm not paying 60 bucks for a year old game. I don't care if it has DLC added in it or even multiplayer added (which i hugely doubt). I'm getting this game to compare it to Deus Ex which every seems to love comparing it to.
Am interested in Soul Calibur 4 and Hilde with her badassed armor. I like the breakaway armor concept (i always wanted something like that in a fighting game where you see bruises, torn clothes, broken armor etc). I missed SC3 and i plan on getting Soul Calibur 4. I don't care for the Star Wars characters at all but i haven't played a REAL new fighting games in ages.
About this since i'll be too busy trying to finish MGS4 epic storyline to worry about installing updates.

But to each his own. I myself, personally don't like JRPG's (surprising since i have a Ps2 and Ps3 yet i don't own a single JRPG) but the truth is different strokes for different folks. Portal has more in common with a puzzle/platformer than a first person shooter. But i include it on the list because the perspective is indeed in first person. I include every game with a first person perspective as a first person shooter. But Portal is best described to me as a platformer/fps hybrid.
I had when i watched the list. No Deus Ex, System Shock 2 or even Portal for that matter makes this list more of "The best FPS's other than BIOSHOCK that have Multiplayer" than "Top 10 FPS's ever".
I'd also like to add that I don't like Half-Life 2 at all. No plot, tacked on puzzles and a (in my own opinion) lame protagonist in Gordon Freeman. But that's just my opinion as almost everyone else i've met seem to love it to bits.
